Raposa: Coffee With Loyalty That Actually Connects

Video

Brands struggle to build real connections with younger, digital-native customers, and conventional loyalty programs feel dated. Starbucks Odyssey is the cautionary example: a digital initiative where rewards and loyalty never quite joined up.

Raposa comes at it from the other direction, with community at the centre from the start rather than bolted on afterward.

The coffee is the product. Raposa sells ready-to-drink nitro cold brew in flavours including classic dark roast, caramel latte, flat white and café latte, alongside whole bean coffee, single-origin matcha from Shizuoka and iced teas. As of 2026 it bills itself as the USA's number one nitro cold brew and is the official coffee of both the Miami Heat and the Miami Marlins.

Originally produced in October 2024. Some details may have changed since.
