MetaDAO: Governance by Markets Instead of Votes

Voting sounds fair, but most voters lack the information and few have reason to go find it. Token launches compound the problem by favouring insiders and relying on systems that are easy to manipulate.

MetaDAO is a fundraising and governance platform where decisions are made by markets. A proposal passes when traders back it with money expecting the token to rise, and fails when they expect the opposite, with traders rewarded for being right. Projects launch earlier and founders only win if the project actually grows.
