Description

Bump tidehunter from 831108b to 94c518c. This picks up:

• WAL-based relocation on auto-sharded cells

• streaming the relocation as-of view one level at a time

• index auto-sharding enabled by default

• live writes no longer ordered against disk-derived flat entries

The API changes are additive only, so this is just a rev swap (both

Cargo.toml pins plus Cargo.lock).
