byreal: Bybit's Onchain Exchange, Built on Solana

Centralized exchanges brought most people into crypto and still hold most of the volume, while self-custody users gained a parallel set of onchain products. Bybit, the second largest exchange, asked what combining both would look like.

byreal is the answer, built on Solana. The DEX uses DeFi staples like concentrated liquidity and request-for-quote routing, pairing exchange-grade liquidity with users keeping control of their own funds.
