A DAO Shipped an Aircraft: What It Takes to Coordinate Atoms with Tokens

Video 6 reads

DAOs have funded a lot of software, but very few have built anything with mass. That's starting to change: AI tooling is closing the gap between a scattered online community and a team in one office, and Ethereum gives strangers shared rules for deciding and funding work together.

This talk is about what that takes for any DAO or open community: why a good bounty is now just a prompt and the hard part is deciding together what to build, why hardware IP protection matters less every month, and how open copyleft designs become real products when regional makers guarantee their quality and support. The proof is Arrow, a token-governed community whose open-source 25 kg quadcopter, Quiver, has already done paid agricultural work in Texas. I'll close on a vision of the future where small regional workshops coordinate at internet scale, and why AI and Ethereum make it buildable.
